What makes this car compelling is the balance of power and luxury for everyday use. Other than a performance setting for the transmission, there are no additional aids to assist the driver, or car, and I find this refreshing – just a powerful motor and well-balanced rear-wheel drive platform. The sound from the engine warms the aggressive part of the human brain, and the sure-footed handling will bring a smile to the face of any driver. The front grille has a larger opening and the XF-R seen here gets a meatier-looking front spoiler and oversized air intakes that make this cat elegant and aggressive at the same time. This design has been streamlined and the new front now looks in keeping with the flowing shape of the car.
